6. Official photography and recordings
6.1. CBX Czechia events are sporting and social events recorded by the media. During an event, the organiser, its photographers, camera operators, suppliers and accredited media partners may take photographs and make audio or audiovisual recordings of bouts, the programme, the audience, VIP areas, guest arrivals and the overall atmosphere of the event.
6.2. Recordings may be used in particular to document and archive the event; for television, online and other news coverage; in live or recorded broadcasts; on the CBX Czechia website and social media; on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other channels; in trailers, reports and edited highlights; for the reasonable promotion of CBX Czechia and its future events; and in partner materials within the scope of the relevant cooperation.
6.3. The visitor acknowledges that they may be captured in particular as part of the audience, a wide shot, the atmosphere of the event or a news or documentary recording.
6.4. When making and using recordings, the organiser takes account of proportionality and the protection of visitors’ dignity. Targeted close-up images of a particular visitor for standalone advertising use will be made and used on an appropriate legal basis, in particular with the consent of the person concerned.
6.5. A visitor who does not wish to be captured in an individual close-up may notify the organiser before the event at info@chessboxing.cz or inform event staff at the venue without delay. The organiser will take reasonable organisational measures.
6.6. Such a request cannot always prevent the visitor from being captured incidentally or peripherally in a wide shot of the audience, the event venue or a live broadcast.
6.7. The organiser affords increased protection to the privacy of visitors who are minors. A legal guardian may communicate a request concerning an individual image of a child to event staff.
6.8. When making recordings, accredited media may act as independent controllers of personal data and are responsible for their own manner of making and using such recordings.

8.2. Professional cameras, video cameras, tripods, external microphones, lighting equipment or other equipment intended for professional recording must not be used without the organiser’s prior written accreditation.

9.4. The organiser will assess each request individually, taking into account the purpose and legal basis of the use, the rights of other persons, freedom of expression, news reporting and its legal obligations.
10. Personal belongings and liability
10.1. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and should not leave them unattended. Any loss, damage or safety incident must be reported to event staff without delay.
